About Us

Our structure

MFS Yapı İnşaat Sanayi ve Ticaret Ltd. Şti. has its head office in Bolu. We run our residential and commercial building projects, property development, fuel services and pre-owned car trading under one corporate roof.

Working in three sectors lets us answer different needs through a single point of contact, with the same transparency whether we are talking to a landowner, supplying fuel to a business or selling a car.

Business areas

• Construction and real estate: residential and commercial projects, industrial buildings, contracting, land-for-flats partnerships, renovation and property development.
• Petroleum: fuel station operation, wholesale fuel, corporate and fleet supply, LPG autogas, lubricants, station shops, car wash and fuel logistics.
• Automotive: pre-owned car purchase, sale and trade-in.

How we work

We start by understanding what you need, review the regulatory and technical conditions with you and agree on the process up front. From contract to handover you always have someone to talk to.
